1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDFtoDeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDFtoDeck provides an online tool to convert PDF files into editable PowerPoint (.pptx) files. The Service converts text, images, and vector graphics into editable PowerPoint elements including native freeform shapes.

3. Usage Limits

  • Guest users: 1 conversion per day, max 10MB / 5 pages
  • Free registered users: 5 conversions per day, max 50MB / 20 pages
  • Paid users: unlimited conversions (credits-based), max 200MB / 200 pages

These limits may change at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must have the right to upload and convert any files you submit to the Service.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to process files containing illegal content.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded files and converted output. PDFtoDeck does not claim any ownership over your content. The PDFtoDeck name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.

6. Payments & Refunds

Credits are purchased via PayPal. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. If a conversion fails due to a system error, no credits are deducted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accurate conversions, we cannot guarantee that every PDF will convert perfectly. Complex layouts, embedded fonts, or unusual PDF structures may result in imperfect output.

8. Limitation of Liability

PDFtoDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
